Worthy Brothers,

I am enthused with the start of a brand new Colombian year!  It brings a new life and a new start for every Council within the New Jersey State jurisdiction.  As I mentioned at the Grand Knight’s Meeting, I want nothing but success for every council within this state.  To make it a complete success, I wish to remind everyone what I said, it takes more then membership to make every council a success.  It takes a partnership of a balance of Programs and Membership!

With out both programs working hand in hand, a council is sure to wither and die!

Our state web site has many of the new programs as well as the many new Membership Programs ideas to help you with reaching your membership goals.  New State and Supreme Incentive Programs are also explained on the web as well as in your Grand Knight Handbook CD.  Your District Deputy will keep you abreast of new and exciting incentives as they arise.

Your greatest resource is still your Grand Knight’s Handbook CD, your District Deputy and all the Membership Chairmen from your Diocese. Working with the trained professionals will help guide you and your council to higher heights and one step closer to reaching a STAR Council Award for your council!

Remember, adding more men to the Order insures the life of your council and the Order by living by the theme for the next two years, “Growing God’s Family One Knight At A Time!”
