State forms which do not require payments, supporting documents or signatures may be filed electronically.

Forms that do require a signature, supporting documents and/or a check may still be completed online but will need to be printed and mailed when you are done.

For Supreme Council forms you will be directed to the Supreme Council website.  At the bottom of the form where it asks for the State Deputy's e-mail simply insert forms@NJKofC.org

You must be registered, with the proper security level clearance, in order to view the on-line Forms and Grand Knights' Manual.
