We have invited chefs from Elijah's Promise (see www.elijahspromise.net) to prepare the luncheon using recipes that have been published in our cookbook. They will do the selecting. Whose recipe will be used? You need to attend the luncheon to find out! Should the sale of the cookbook AND the Ladies Luncheon be a huge success, then a donation will be made to The Grain of Wheat Foundation which was begun by Mrs. Bridget Kennedy in memory of her husband, Past Sate Deputy Bill Kennedy. The Grain Of Wheat Foundation has committed itself to providing a working kitchen for the Elijah's So, you see how the idea comes "full circle" - recipes from great home cooks to provide a kitchen for training professional cooks and we have a wonderful luncheon in the process!
